– Premiered Tsuta’s first Crab Soba, Mazesoba with local renditions, and improved recipes on our Signatures such as Shoyu Soba and Shio Soba
While 2020 has proved to be unprecedented and challenging, it is also a time for opportune breakthroughs. Tsuta Singapore, being the world’s first Michelin-starred ramen eatery has dedicated the year to R&D and redefined classic signature items with improved recipes
