Staying up all night

“I don’t have any time to stay up all night worrying about what someone who doesn’t love me has to say about me.”

Not being sexist but I think women have a hard time letting go of criticisms, insults, attacks or friendships woes. I think because emotionally, we care more. Men have this skill to tune out and just brush it off.

I’m already more blasé than most but even I was puzzled by some strange comments recently. By someone who I don’t really know & something so laughable that I can’t even fathom. 😂😂😂

So, this is a reminder today… to spend your energy, time and focus on people who actually matter. People who love you. The trade-off of you mulling over 1 nasty remark = time from the people who actually matter.

Just a reminder to whoever might need it today.
