Thinking of embarking on a personal challenge for 75 days.
A few SIMPLE steps but it’s tough AF. I keep making excuses for myself. (Don’t confuse simple & easy.) Some of the most simple things in life are also the most difficult.
The reason why I want to do the challenge is for mental fortitude. To break the patterns of weakness and compromise you’ve built over the course of your entire life.
Every single thing I do is built on my discipline and ability to keep your own promises to myself.
Been struggling to get back to working out regularly. Inertia + laziness + body not cooperating + decreased stamina.
So completing this challenge will be breakthrough!
