Effective leadership

An effective leader is one that leads with example. Not one that does nothing but claims credit. Not one that’s vain or so in love with their own misguided ideas. No amount of fake praises or publicity is going to save your reputation. No point listening to bootlickers cuz … it’s a case of Emperor’s New Clothes. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Just plain insipid & shallow.

A true leader must have the heart to serve. The capacity to care and be one with his/her troops. One that does the actual grind. One that takes the fall and not throws his/her team under the bus.

One that commands the respect of his/her team.
